With immediate effect, we are going to follow PA ACT 93 and report any & all open Municipal liens regardless of the property in the State of Pennsylvania (PA)

Bottom line: Do not rule out the case as it may not relate to the subject property. If the lien is pertaining to the actual owner, it will still affect the subject property & the liens needs to be paid / cleared before the closing / Foreclosure.
